The occupation attacks launched against Rojava Kurdistan and Northern Syria by the occupying Turkish state and ISIS/al-Nusra gangs, has been continuing since 9 October.
In recent days, the occupation attacks intensified in Til Temir, where despite all attacks and threats the people have taken a unanimous decision to stay and resist, even fight if need be.
A citizen named Cemal who immigrated from Serêkaniyê to Til Temir said that the attacks were carried out with the support of NATO. “I came here after the occupation of Serêkaniyê. They ransacked our house, our city. Erdogan and his gangs are attacking with the support of NATO.”
Another person named Osman emphasised that they will resist the attacks of Erdogan and his gangs until the end. “Today there are threats to attack Til Temir. We will protect our home and our land against these attack threats until the last drop of our blood.”
Another civilian who chose not to share his name, stated that despite the attacks in Til Temir, everyone in the city remains: “As you can see, people meet their daily needs in Til Temir. Nobody has left. If they do attack the city, we will fight to the end.”
