AMED, NORTHERN KURDISTAN
An occupation operation has been launched in the region of Şenyayla which is located in the centre of the Amed, Muş and Çewlîg triangle.
Among the assigned gendarmerie commanders, it has been disclosed that three thousand Turkish soldiers will take place, aided by paid village guards. It was reported that the military units were transported to the region by helicopters.
The operation, named ‘Kiran-5,’ was announced by the fascist Turkish Interior Ministry in a statement, to be launched in the Şenyayla region.
Helicopter and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) activity are reportedly intensifying in the region.
