Internationalist Freedom Battalion has expressed condolences commander of the Revolutionary Communities Party / Union MK member Ceren Gunes (Ozge Aydin) who has fallen in Rojava.
‘REJECTED THE ORDER, RAN TO REVOLUTION’
The statement emphasized the invading attacks of the Turkish state. “Since the start of the occupation attacks on our revolution by the fascist Turkish state, comrade Ceren never stopped running from position to position, fulfilling her duties wherever she was needed. With a strong practice during the war, she has been an example to all our comrades.
While protecting the revolution, in which we add the dreams of our immortals, she did not know how to rest even while under attack. She was never tired, she never rested.
Even in the harshest moments of the war, she did not diminish either her revolutionary enthusiasm or her smile. Just as she rejected everything that the order offered her and ran for revolution, she was audacious in the practice of war. ”
The battalion concluded their speach with the message “we are in the rank of Comrade Ceren. We are not even one step behind, we are where she marched to immortality.”
