HPG announced the identity of four guerrillas who were martyred in Agirî and Hatay. The description of the Guerrilla forces is as follows:
“In our statement dated November 14, we shared with the public that the Turkish army started an operation in the Kırê Hallac area of Bazid (Doğubeyazıt) district of Ağrı on November 7-9 and that three of our friends reached martyrdom during the operation. In our statement dated November 14, we shared with the public that there was a clash between our forces and the occupiers in the rural area of İskenderun district of Hatay on October 26, and that a friend who fought heroically in these clashes reached martyrdom. Throughout history, Kurdistan has been faced with many attacks by the invaders, and against these attacks, the people of Kurdistan have defended their values and lands. The people of Kurdistan have never succumbed to these attacks and have reached today by continuing their resistance with their own power. The valiant personalities that came out of Kurdistan became defenders of their own people and paid great price for this cause. Comrades Delil, Eris, Harun and Hawar, are among them, having backed the people’s hopes of freedom and waged an active struggle in the mountains of Kurdistan.
Our comrades, who are exemplary with their altruistic, simple and humble participation in their fields, have fought under all conditions for a free and honorable life and have become representatives of this honorable life.
We extend our condolences to our patriotic people, especially the precious families of Comrades Delil, Eriş, Harun and Hawar who have reached martyrdom, and promise to carry the flag of freedom that our heroic martyrs handed over to us. “
