HPG press centre has chared the identities of four guerrillas who were martyred in a Turkish airstrike on 26 and 27 October, from the Media Defense Areas to Heftanin and Zap. The statement of the guerrilla army is as follows:
“On 26 and 27 October, 4 of our friends reached martyrdom as a result of the air strikes on the Heftanin and Zap regions by the invading Turkish army from the Media Defense Areas. The identity of our friends who reached martyrdom are as follows:

Our comrades Argeş, Dıjwar, Baran and Canfeda joined the guerrilla ranks from different cities of Kurdistan to ensure the freedom of the people of Kurdistan.
Our hero comrades, who carry the hopes of a people on their shoulders, have dedicated themselves to protecting and liberating the Kurdish people since the first day they joined the ranks. Known for their sincere stance in life and their pure approach to their comrades, our heroes tried to complete their tasks in the best way by approaching every mission with great responsibility.
Our comrades, who never made concessions from their revolutionary lines even in the harshest conditions, had given great effort until their last moments.
We extend our condolences to the patriotic people of Kurdistan, and especially the precious families of our comrades Argeş, Dıjwar, Baran and Canfeda who reached martyrdom, and we promise to carry the flag of freedom that our comrades carried, to victory. ”
