The Children of Fire initiative continues to damage Turkey’s local economy in rage of the Turkish occupation in Rojava, and the oppression it imposes towards Kurds as a whole. The initiative had previously promised revenge for every pain inflicted on the peoples, and continues to take actions accordingly. The following details were given about actions taken recently:
“We continue to hold the occupying, genocidal Turkish state to account with arson actions. As a result of the fires we carried out as the Children of Fire Initiative members, 2 factories, 1 warehouse and 1 truck were destroyed in Aydın, Kartal and Arnavutköy.”
The activists continued: “on November 2, we carried out a fire action against a factory manufacturing furniture in Arnavutköy, Istanbul. The factory and a truck belonging to the factory were destroyed in this action. ”
“On 28 October, 2 thousand tons of cotton were burned and destroyed as a result of the fire we carried out in the warehouse of a cotton factory in Germencik district of Aydın.”
Initiative members made a fire action on a furniture workshop in Kartal, Istanbul on October 17th. As a result of this action the furniture workshop was completely destroyed. ”
