The Kurdistan Regional Government who failed to terminate cooperation with the Turkish state, or exhibit a half-decent reaction towards the occupation of Rojava and Syria, is now starting to face the consequences of it’s incompetence.
According to regional news sources, ISIS has launched one of it’s first attacks in the Kifri district of Germiyan, Southern Kurdistan, since being revived by the Turkish state in Rojava and Syria.
Conflicts arose as a result of the response of the security forces against the attacks of the gangs. Public Security Officer Lieutenant Colonel Simko, Mahmud Cuma and Cuma Abid were killed in the clashes, while 5 public order officers, 2 children and 1 woman were injured.
The conflict continued until late at night, before eventually ending.
The launch of offensives by ISIS in Southern Kurdistan comes after Mesrur Barzani’s Erdogan visit yesterday, which was celebrated on Mesrur’s behalf with the mass arrests of youth who reacted to the Turkish occupation in Rojava.
The Kurdistan Regional Government, who was incompetent in protecting it’s land during the previous attacks in Sengal, chose to cooperate with Erdogan to target the PKK who had descended from the mountains to form a humanitarian corridor to free those besieged by ISIS.
