CENTRAL NEWS
The Free Syrian Army, which Turkish National Defense Minister called “the children of our region”, and fascist Turkish President Erdoğan praised as “the glorious resurrection of mujahedin,” is proved to be ISIS with renewed uniforms and names. ANHA news agency has obtained the identities of 76 ISIS jihadists who are now assigned to senior roles within the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army, fighting for the occupation of Rojava, Kurdistan, and Northern Syria.
The jihadists have all taken part in countless war crimes committed under the name of ISIS and are remobilising with other jihadist proxies under the roof of the FSA in the Turkey-controlled Aleppo-Azez line. Now they are attacking Serekaniye and Gire Spi alongside the fascist Turkish state.
The first part of the list, which will be published in two parts, is as follows:
1. Basil Mihemmed Eleli, Code Name: Telha
Born in the Syrian city of Homs and is 23 years old. Joined ISIS in 2013. Took place in the Turkish state-supported Al Hamza Division in Aleppo in 2017.

2. Basil Xesan al-Esurah, Code Name: Abu Ûsame al Shami
Born in 1993 in Damascus. Joined El Nusra in Gûta, 2012. Moved to Siwêdê in 2014 and joined ISIS. In 2016, and established the Emin Xarici Battalion on behalf of ISIS and became a commander. Went to Turkey and later participated in the occupation of Efrin through the Al Hamza Division.

3. Bashar Simid, Code Name: Abu Islam Al Qelemunî
Born in 1994 in El Nebik, Damascus. Joined ISIS in 2014. Fought in Damascus, Temdur and Tenef then Idlib 2017. Later passed to Turkey with Abu Ayman al-Iraqi. Participated in the invasion of Efrin as battalion commander of the Turkish state-sponsored Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang group.

4. Bashir al-Emiri, Code Name: Abu Ehmed al-Tedmûrî
Born in 1990. Joined ISIS in Homs in 2014 and moved to Ezaz in 2017. Participated in the invasion of Efrin together with the Sultan Murat Brigade established by the Turkish state.

5. Abdullah Ehmed Elebdelah
Born in 1991 in Humus. Joined ISIS in 2014 and took part in the organisation’s intelligence work. Attacked the International Coalition’s airport In Tenef. He escaped to Gûta. Name was mentioned in a lot of thefts and loot. Moved to the areas controlled by the Turks and joined the Al Hamza Division in 2016.

6. Abdullah Al Shimeri, Code Name: Abu Telha al Shimeri
Aged 20. Was born in the village of El Soxna in the Syrian city of Temdur. Joined ISIS in Dêrezor in 2015. Moved to Aleppo and joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya group under the control of the Turkish state in 2018.

7. Ebdelah Elzirêr, Code Name: Abu Jehfer
Born in 1991 in Homs and joined El Nusra in 2012. Was proceeded to ISIS in Damascus in 2014 and fought in Damascus, Aleppo and Elbitir. Passed to Turkey in 2017 and received military training. Formed the gang Liwa al-Islam under supervision of MIT (Turkish National Intelligence). Participated in the invasion of Efrin with this gang.

8. Abdullah Mihemed Eliwêd, Code Name: Abu Seyif Alhelabi
Born in 1989 in Sifir, Aleppo and joined ISIS in Aleppo in 2015. Published photos on Twitter account using a DShK in Tebqa in 2016. Passed from Idlib to Turkey in 2017 and received military training with the Al Hamza Division, under the supervision of the Turkish army.

9. Abdullah Mihemed Al-Inizi, Code Name: Abu Mihamed Al-Jawrawi
Born in Riyat, Saudi Arabia, is 27 years old. Joined ISIS via Turkey in 2015 and fought in Reqa and Homs. Also fought with Al-Ednanî Battalion in Minbij. Moved to Ezaz (under control of Turkish state) and joined Ahrar al-Sharqiya in 2018.

10. Ebdilrehman Mihêmid: The code name Qesûre Al Dêrî
Born in 1992 in Dêrazor and joined El Nusra in Dêrazor in 2012; fighting in Dera and Hama. Published photographs on social media while fighting as the commander of El Nusra in Hama in 2015. Transferred to Turkey-backed gang group Ahrar al-Sharqiya in 2016.

11. Code Name: Abu Fêsel Al Nihêmî
Born in Temdur in 1990 and joined ISIS in Homs in 2014. Used ISIS’ heavy weapons and provided military training. Went to Idlib and fought with Feyleq Al-Sham. Left Idlib with 20 gangs and joined the Sultan Murat Brigade.

12. Code Name: Abu Omar al-Hatim
Is 32-year-old, was born in Reqa’s Kesrat Cimha district. Joined ISIS in 2015 and passed over Aleppo to Ezaz in 2017. Joined the occupation in Serêkaniyê by the Turkish state together with the Ahrar al-Sharqiya.

13. Abu Silêman El Minbicî
Aged 34, born in Minbic. Joined ISIS in Reqa in 2015 and moved to Ezaz and joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang group in 2017. Participated in the occupation in Girê Spî with the Turkish state.

14. Code Name: Abu Wefa El Tunisî
Aged 35, born in Tunisia and joined ISIS in 2014 through Turkey. Was ISIS commander of Sharq in Reqa. Later sent to Dêrazor with the same assignment. Gave the sherif and military training to the new gang members. Moved to Ezaz and joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang group in 2017. Trained the gangs under the code name Abu Wefa.

15. Edehem Feteh Al Shikerat
Born in 1999 in the city of Dêrazor in Syria, and joined ISIS in Dêrazor, 2013. Fought in Soxne, Temdur and Dêrazor. Moved to Bab and Ezaz in 2017 and fought with Turkish-backed gangs in Aleppo.

16. Ehmed El-Elî El-Casim El-Omer, Code Name: Abu Iselam Al-Shami
Aged 28, born in the Al Qasrat town of Syria. Joined ISIS in Reqa, 2015. Used heavy weapons and moved to El Rai and joined Ahrar al-Sharqiya in 2017.

17. Ehmed Elhamid, Code Name: Abu Furat Elhimsî
Born in 1994 in the city of Temdur in Syria. Joined ISIS in 2015 and was the responsible for mines. Moved to Ezaz in 2017 and was transferred to the Al Hamza Division established under the supervision of the Turkish state.
18. Ahmed Xalid al-Rehmûn, Code Name: Abu Mariya al-Ansari
Born in 1993 in Damascus and joined the Free Syrian Army (FSA) in 2013. Was trained by US-Turkey within the framework of the Train-equip program. Left the FSA and joined ISIS in 2014. Moved to Idlib in 2016 and entered the Al Hamzat Division under the control of the occupying Turkish state. Received weapons training from El-Lobnanî.

19. Elî Hesen Taha, Code Name: Abu Dewle Harun
The 27-year-old was born in the Miwezfîn neighbourhood of Dêrazor. Joined ISIS in Şedade in 2015. Was responsible for howitzers. Moved to Ezaz in 2017 and joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang group under the control of the occupying Turkish state.

20. Erwa Eshed Eldihêfis, Code Name: Abu Semir Elhimsî
Was born in the village of Elxinêfis of Homs and joined ISIS in 2014. Fought in Homs, Siweda and Tanaf. Went to Turkey in 2017 and later fought in the Bab on behalf of the occupying Turkish state in the Sultan Murat Brigade. Then joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang group, again under the control of the occupying Turkish state. Participated in the occupation with this group in Serekaniye.
21. Fayiz Elebid Elkerîm, Code Name: Abu Fatime Elreqaw
Is 23 years old, was born in Reqa and joined ISIS in 2014. Was responsible for ammunition for ISIS. Participated in the occupation of Efrin in 2018, with the occupation of Al Hamza Division under the control of the Turkish state.

22. Fedi Qoseyî Sultan, Code Name: Abu Tirab Elshami
Aged 23, was born in Damascus, and joined ISIS in 2015 in Reqa. Fought in Homs and Dêrazor. Moved to Ezaz via Aleppo and joined Ahrar al-Sharqiya 2017, which Is under the control of the occupying Turkish state.

23. Fehid Selûm Al-İdlibî, Code Name: Abu Elî Hewaciz
Aged 27, was born in Idbil and joined ISIS in Reqa, 2014. Joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang group via moving to the area under the control of the occupying Turkish state in 2017. Took part in the occupation attacks with the Turkish state-supported Syrian National Army (SMO).

24. Fehid Xelef Al-El-Al-Sayid, Code Name: Seyif Al-Islam
Born in 1998 in Girê Spî, joined ISIS in Reqa, 2015. Fought in Reqa and Dêrazor. Moved to Ezaz and joined the Al Hamza Division supported by the occupying Turkish state in 2017. Participated in the occupation of Serêkaniye together with this group.

25. Fehid Xelef Nercis, Code Name: Abu Xewle Mudadat
Aged 23, born in Dêrazor and joined ISIS in 2014. Fought in Reqa and Dêrazor. In 2017 he moved to Aleppo and joined Ahrar al-Sharqiya. Participated in the occupation of Girê Spî with this gang group supported by the occupying Turkish state.

26. Ferec Ehmed Elseyîd, Code Name: Abu Ebas Elêraqî
Born in Dêrazor, joined ISIS in 2014. Fought in Dêrazor and Reqa. Moved to Aleppo and joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang in 2017. Took part in the occupation of Serêkaniye under the control of the occupying Turkish state.

27. Hemid Elwan Elhesin, Code Name: Abu Selha Tew
Aged 23, born in Dêrazor. Joined ISIS in Haseke in 2014. Knows how to use missiles and moved to Ezaz and joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang in 2017. Participated in the occupation of Girê Spî together with the occupying Turkish state.

28. Hesen Xelîf Al-Omer, Code Name: Abu Omer al-Farûq
Aged 19, born in Reqa. Moved to Aleppo and joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang in 2017. Participated in the occupation of Serêkaniye with the occupying Turkish state.

29. Hesen Xilêf Elhesûnî, Code Name: Abu Ebdelah Xerîte.
Aged 37, was born in Dêrazor. Joined ISIS in Dêrazor in 2015. Moved to El Ria in 2017, first to the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang and then to the Al Hamza Division. Later participated in the occupation of Girê Spî under the control of the Turkish state.

30. Husam al-Idlib, Code Name: Abu Mihemed Elemni
Aged 37, born in Idlib. Joined ISIS in Reqa in 2014. Moved to Ezaz in 2017 and joined the gangs under the control of the occupying Turkish state. Joined the occupation of Girê Spî with the Ahrar al-Sharqiya gang.

31. Huzeyîfa Sehid, Code Name: Abu Zêd
Born in Kesha Cumha district of Reqa and joined ISIS in Reqa in 2015. Moved to Ezaz in 2017 from the Hezima district of Reqa and joined the Sultan Murad Brigade.
He is now at Gire Spi with the group of Ahrar Al Sharqiya.
32. Macid El Xalid (Hec Macid), Code Name: Heci Abu Omer El Ansari.
Was born in 1983 in Homs. Was in the El Igerbat district of Hama within the Liwa El Heq group at the beginning of the Syrian civil war. Joined ISIS in Hama in 2014. Was involved in the organization of ISIS in Hama and was the military command of the Hama province. Made contact with the invading Turks and went to Idlib with his group. Was in charge of the Al Hamza Division in Idlib and participated in the attacks against SDF forces with the invading Turks.

33. Mesna Xelîl El Hesen, Code Name: Abu Aisha Al Tibnî
25 years old, mother’s name is Xedîca. Joined ISIS in 2013 in the Al-Tibni district of Derazor and took part in the fronts of Derazor. Was in charge of a military group in the Suxna district until 2017. Later fled to Rai, Aleppo and joined Usud al Sharqiya.

34. Mihemed Asim al-Sebra, Code Name: Abu al-Hari al-Ansari
Born in 1996, joined ISIS in 2014 in the Homs countryside. Worked in the technical field under the command of Abu Mihemed in Damascus. Joined the FSA in the US base and received training from American soldiers in early 2017. Was later assigned to Ezaz and joined the Al Hamza Division 3 months later. Took part in the occupation of Efrîn.

35. Mihemed Besam Misto
Was born in Idlib in 1995, mothers name is Nura. Joined El Nusra in the Cisur Shigur region of Idlib in 2015. Later joined the Al Hamza Division in 2017.

36. Mihemed Ehmed Siwês, Code Name: Abu Ehmed Al Humusî
Was born in 1995 in Humus and joined ISIS in Damascus in 2015. Took part in Bitir-Tenef and Tedmur attacks and then joined the El Şarqiya and received military training from Turkey. After military training, he took part in the attacks in Efrîn and Şehba.

37. Mihemed Elbedire, Code Name: Abu Cilêbib
Was born in 1994 in Homs. Joined ISIS in Homs and took part in the Shahar-Teyfur and Cezra attacks in 2015. Went to Ezaz via an external security unit called Beşair in 2017. Joined the Al Hamza Division in 2018 and took part in the attacks in Şehba.

38- Mihemed El Hemdan: Decane El Iraqi
Born in 1980 in Iraq. Moved to Syria and settled in Homs in 2013 and is one of the founders of ISIS. Was a military commander in Sehra province and took part in the clashes in Homs, Damascus and Hama. Moved from Hama to Idlib and founded the Siqûr Elbadiyê Battalion of Sultan Murat In 2017. Most members of the group were ISIS members. Later joined the occupation of Efrîn with this group.

39. Mihemed Enes El-Êbêd, Code Name: Enes Elherbî
Was born in 1995 in Humus. Joined ISIS in Homs in 2015 and took part in the attacks of Tedmur, and Tenef region. Was appointed to Emin Xaricî (external security) in 2016. Later joined the Sultan Murat Brigade and received military training in Turkey. Then joined the Ahrar al-Sharqiya group and took part in the attacks of Efrîn and Til Rifat.

Aged 23, born in Derazor’s Eyaş district. Mothers name is Zehra. Joined ISIS in Derazor’s Ders Al-Tibni district in 2014 and was responsible for heavy weapons. Later went to Minbic, escaped to Ezaz in 2016. Later joined Ahrar Al Sharqiya and is now in Girê Spî with this group.
