In Stuttgart, Germany, young people carried out two protests today. The young women’s association JXK occupied a class at the University of Stuttgart in the morning. During the occupation, information was given about the ongoing genocide attacks in Rojava and the role of the EU.
Stuttgart University students supported the action of young women with applause and slogans. Young women called on everyone to participate in the protests. Then, on the campus, university students were informed with a banner saying “German guns are killing in Rojava, #Don’tLetitbe” and support was requested for the protests.
In the afternoon an occupation took place in front of the German car manufacturer Mercedes Benz museum in the center of Stuttgart. The entrance of the Mercedes building, which provided some of the military vehicles used by the fascist Turkish state in its attacks on Rojava, and the road in front of it were blocked by many Kurdish and internationalists.
Young people protested the occupation by shouting “German tanks and those who benefit from the war out of Kurdistan ”,“ The war begins here ”and “Defend the Rojava Revolution! Attack German imperialism!”
