Occupying Turkish police officers have raided numerous houses in Amed’s Kayapınar, Rezan, Yenişehir and Sur districts. The doors were broken and the houses were searched. Following the searches, many citizens including Mazlum Kardas, Berivan Abish, Sergen Sucu and Cotkar Amara Yurek were detained.
It was reported that the citizens who had not been informed about the reasons for their detention were taken to the Provincial Security Directorate.
17 YEARS OLD
Among those detained Cotkar Amara Yürek (17) has been detained for the 12th time since he was 7 years old. Cotkar Amara was last detained in a raid on his house last April 13.
