Amidst reports that the Turkish state has raised the occupation border of Dirbesiye, after transporting jihadists and armoury to the region, a march was held by the youth of Girkê Legê. The people gathered at Martyr Xebat Dêrik Square and walked along the main streets of the city. The march turned into a rally in the city center.
Berxwedan Bagok, a member of the Revolutionary Youth Movement, spoke at the event. Stating that they will not allow the occupiers to reach their goals, Bagok stressed that they will resist with the spirit of youth. Emphasizing that resistance is the decision of the young, Bagok underlined that they will protect the gains of the blood of martyrs till the end.
The action ended with the revolutionary songs of the Aram Tigran performed by Culture and Art Center groups.
