Toll of hypothetical Ceasefire: 202 civillians killed

Despite the 150-hour ceasefire, Sochi agreement, (between 23 October and 29 October), the invasion of Rojava Kurdistan and northern Syria continue by the occupying Turkish state and its affiliated gang groups.

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on October 27 that they agreed to “redeploy their forces” and central government forces to the border line as a result of their negotiations with Russia.

However, during the supposed ceasefire ”process of the occupying Turkish state and the jihadist gangs connected to it, air and land attacks continued. During the “ceasefire” process, the invading Turkish state and gangs, which intensified their attacks especially on the Serêkaniyê and Eyn Isa lines, besides invading many other regions, either kidnapped or murdered many civilians.”

Heyva Sor a Kurd Co-chairman Cemîle Hemê reported to the ANF that since October 23, when the ceasefire began, “four civilians were killed and 79 civilians were wounded only in the region of Cizîrê by Turkish states and gangs.”

According to the documentation of Heyva Sor, Cemîle Hemê has been present in the Cizîrê region since 9 October, when the attacks of the Turkish state began. Cemile reported that “65 children were and 147 women were injured, and 202 civilians, 8 of which are children, 20 of which are women,  were killed.”

The balance of the 150-hour so-called truce:

OCTOBER 23:

TC and gangs attacked in Serêkaniyê, Dêrik, Kobanê and Eyn Îsa regions. 16 SDF fighters were martyred and 13 fighters were wounded in the attacks supported by armed unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV).

It was announced that 50 gang members were killed in clashes when SDF fighters responded within the scope of self-defense.

OCTOBER 24:

TC and gangs attacked Serêkaniyê, Kobanê, Dêrik, Amûdê, Dirbêsiyê and Eyn Îsa. 3 SDF fighters were martyred and 4 fighters were wounded in the attacks by UAV and heavy weapons.

At least 31 gang members were killed and 20 gang members were injured in clashes within the scope of self-defense.

OCTOBER 25:

The attacks of TC and gangs continued in Serêkaniyê, Kobanê and Eyn Îsa countryside. 3 SDF fighters were martyred and 4 fighters were wounded in the attacks supported by UAV and heavy weapons.

At least 44 gang members were killed in clashes of self-defense.

26 OCTOBER

TC and gangs attacked Serêkaniyê, Kobanê, Amûdê, Dirbêsiyê and Eyn Îsa. One QSD fighter was martyred and 11 were injured.

At least 29 gang members were killed in clashes in self-defense.

27 OCTOBER

The attacks of TC and gangs continued in the countryside of Serêkaniyê, Kobanê and Eyn İsa. In the Zirgan district of Serêkaniyê, 3 soldiers from Syria forces lost their lives and 4 soldiers were wounded in an attack by UAV.

At least 38 gang members were killed in clashes in self-defense.

OCTOBER 28:

The invaders continue their attacks on the Serêkaniyê-Zirgan-Dirbêsiyê, Til Temir-Serêkaniyê and Kobanê-Eyn Îsa lines. 13 QSD fighters were martyred and 12 Syrian soldiers were injured in the attacks.

In the attacks on the village of El Eride, north of Eyn Isa, civilians Mehmud Zahêr (60) and Berho Elo (65) were massacred by the TC and it’s gangs. 3 civilians were killed in the attack on the village of Dibiş, which is connected to Zirgan sub-district.

At least 56 gang members were killed in clashes in self-defense.
