The Autonomous Administration Remains Unchanged

Over the last days, a huge chaos has errupted on the bloodwashed soils of Rojava and Northern Syria. While the Turkish occupation attacks continue to wipe out civillians, the absence of the US army in the agreed counter was noted. Just at another historical turn point for the Kurds, another hope for existence, they were betrayed by the US – again.

The people of the socialist, humanitarian revolution of the Middle East were hung out to die. In understanding the newly formed agreement between the Autonomous Administration of Northern and Eastern Syria and the Syrian Government, it must be made very clear: it is no coincidence that the Turkish army attacked the specific day it did.

The attack on Rojava and Northern Syria was launched on the anniversary of the international conspiracy against the Peoples’ Leader Abdullah Ocalan which was made on 9 October 1998. But it would be foolish to assume that Erdogan is so powerful as to create and practice such plots alone.

Before the international conspiracy, the peoples leader Abdullah Ocalan remained in Syria, while neighbouring Turkey would exhaust all threats demanding that he be handed over. At this point the Syrian government refuses to hand over the Leader, when the Leader himself decides to leave for the safety and security of the people of Syria. The leader would travel to Rome, Italy, Greece and finally Kenya where the would be abducted and deported to Turkey. Many secret phone conversations of the then President Ecevit would reveal that the Turkish state itself was unaware of the abduction and arrest. The president would be heard admitting “i just woke up and received a call and they said [Abdullah Ocalan] was captured.” While the reliability of this information still remains unknown, what is clear is that the enemy in this scenario is not just the Turkish state. This conspiracy, as has been proved countless times, was made on the terms of GLADIO.

Just as the Leader of the Kurdish People has written in countless books, and repeated at every opportunity: “The day is not detached from history.” In this sense, to understand current proceedings, and to take precautions accordingly can only be fulfilled by understanding occurrences in history and moving forward on the basis of not repeating the past mistakes. The Kurdish population has been put through the largest unrecognised genocide of hisotry and our current day does not differ from this. A population of over 45 million people have fought day in and day out to live, and just as the people decide their land will no longer be a game board, and they will not be the pawn pieces of this game: some anger is felt.

THE AGREEMENT

An agreement made between the Autonomous Administration of Northern and Eastern Syria and the Syrian Government, has the world jumbled with opinions, while America owned news sources claim that the Autonomous Administration has ended, that the keys to cities have been handed over to the Syrian army, this is far from the truth.

Just as the Co-President of the Assembly of the Autonomous Administration of Northern and Eastern Syria, has evaluated:

“The agreement between the QSD and the Syrian Government is a military agreement, the Syrian army will extend to Minbic, Reqa, Hesekê, Qamishlo and Dêrik to fight at the borders against the Turkish state. The agreement was approved and informed by Russia. The army will not be in the city centers.

The aim of the agreement is to end the attacks of the Turkish state: the agreement is for the expulsion of the Turkish army that occupied some of the Syrian regions and violated the sovereignty of Syria on the border between Jizir and Reqa.

The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria will continue to work as before and there will be no change in the road map.”
