ŞIRNEX
The point where Erdogan’s fascist regime brings and wants to bring society is a subject that is constantly debated. In almost every aspect of daily life, we can observe how the fascist regime in particular imposes a social construct of ethnic inferiority on the Kurdish people, and infact all people, in the broader context.
The Turkish state, which has built its future on the genocide of the peoples, has been seeking to remove Kurds, Assyrians and Armenian Peoples from its ore with assimilation, cultural genocide, massacre and all kinds of conceivable policies.
Certainly the roots of these fascist practices, go back to the foundation years of the Turkish State. The Akp-Mhp Government incorporates all of these fascist practices of the State in its own body, and has put all of the state institutions and associations to use for this dirty purpose, for the oppression, exploitation and assimilation of the peoples.
The fascist regime, which uses schools especially as conditioning, assimilation centers are among these state institutions. These schools are fundamental centers for the assimilation of all children of non-Turkish backgrounds from the age of 5 years. This assimilation task is carried out by specially trained staff.
Previously, our Agency had exposed these fascist elements in the person of Rukiye Kılıç, who had forced children to wear t-shirts of the Turkish flag, and had shared images of the heinous act through social media with a fascist description in relation to Kurds. The incident which occurred in a Syriac village in the Hezex district of Şırnex, is only a small example normalised, systemised totalitarianism.
Another example of these fascist practices was displayed in Midihe Village, one of the 3 Assyrian villages of Şırnex. The Syriac name of the village Midihe (Midin), just like the other village names, comes from the Syriac language which the peoples have been conditioned to forget.
During the Turkish states “national-day” it was observed that children were made to hold Turkish flags and perform a fascist march. Teacher Secil Yildiz Gedikbey is seen to accompany and command the fascist military ceremony performed by children.
Born in Kütahya, Seçil Yıldız Gedikbey works as a teacher in the village of Midihe (Öğündük) in the Hezex district of Şırnex. The fascist element employed in the Assyrians’ village, which the invading Turkish state has been subjecting genocide on for many years, has assumed the task of assimilation. The Turkish regime of the fascist Akp-Mhp, who considers genocide, oppression and massacre as inadequate, follows dirty policies to assimilate the people through such forces.
