The patriotic young women’s organization DGK-H (Revolutionary Young Women’s Operation) in Northern Kurdistan called on young women to act against the invasion attacks in Rojava Kurdistan. The statement is as follows:
“Our historical enemy, the occupying Turkish state, has started a new Kurdish massacre. Murdering Kurdish people living in Rojava, trying to prevent the gains and victories of the Kurdish people. The attempt to avenge the ISIS gangs, destroyed under the leadership of Kurdish women , is being directed by the invading Turkish state and the jihadist gangs who do not even try to conceal that they are jihadist.
Undoubtedly, the hostility and massacre against the Kurdish people, especially Kurdish women, also started with women. We are witnessing the hostility of Erdogan and his gangs to Kurdish women who have been fighting since the first day. We must rush into the ranks of resistance with revenge fire as young women against the brutal and inhuman mentality that plays dirty games through Kurdish women, who rapes Kurdish women, exposes their bodies, like they have done in Kobanê, Şengal, Şengal to Efrîn.
The Ottoman dreams of the invading Turkish state bring along the dreams of haramism, and the invading Turkish state, which attacks the body, idea, will and existence of the women, once again attacks the women with the logic of occupation and plunder. All the young women who define themselves as revolutionary, especially the Kurdish women, must rise to the resistance with the spirit of revenge of Kobanê, Efrîn, and the Self-Government resistance. Every young woman living in Northern Kurdistan should flow to the fields of resistance, and look at her identity to realise that she is a pioneer.
Like martyr Doga Jiyan, women must attack every centre of greed and anger, every centre of assimilation that turns the woman into commodification. All institutions and agencies that nullifies the will of the woman should be burnt with the fever of resistance.
In memory of our murdered women, no one should be able to breathe comfortably in Turkey’s metropolises. The invading, misogynist gangs must drown in their own blood. Attacks against the civilian population should keep our anger alive. We must be able to draw the flag of resistance we received from Kobanê, Sur, Nusaybin on the walls of Amed. With the spirit of struggle handed over by the Zeriyans, we will cut the breath of the enemy by rushing to the resistance areas, against all attacks and invasions and the shed of Kurdish blood in Rojava. We will demolish their worlds for every Kurdish child killed in Kurdistan.
For our comrades who still have no funeral, for the children of Kurdistan who were murdered in Rojava, for the women whose bodies were exposed, subjected to gang rape and brutally murdered, for the Ezidi women sold in the markets, the day is the day of rebellion. The day is the day of burning the enemy with vengeance fire. The day is the day of revenge for Nusaybin, Gever, Sur, Efrîn, Arin, Avesta. The day is the day of explosion in the enemy’s brain like Zilan, meeting with fire against surrender like Serhildan.
Every tear shed from the eyes of our mothers, every blood shed of our babies should be vengeance and return to the enemy as hell fire.
Every young woman who calls herself Kurdish or Revolutionary must break herself from the chains of the invaders and be able to claim her dignity. She must flock to the fields with a pioneering role. In homes, schools, universities, workplaces and neighborhoods, young women must resist and slaughter the enemy with their chains of slavery and fear. For every drop of blood they shed in Rojava and northern Syria, we will breathe every day, and we will not let them live for even a minute.
We will defeat the enemy with the spirit of struggle of Zerians, Rindixans, Viyans, Semas, Delals, and live with Free Leadership in Free Kurdistan. Our rebellion will flow from Amed to Rojava, from Rojava to Cudi, from Cudi to Dersim and will destroy every enemy that comes before her. ”
