The QSD press center stated that the invading Turkish army and their gangs bombed the city of Girê Spî on 13 October with aerial planes and cannon shots.
“In the morning, following the random bombardment, the invading Turkish army, along with thousands of gang members, attacked the city [of Gire Spi] from two branches. After violent clashes and continuous air strikes, many gang members of the occupying Turkish army were killed. After the clashes, we lost contact with some of our friends because of the intensive flights of unmanned aerial vehicles. ”
After a heavy bombardment at noon, the invading Turkish army attacked the Silûk town with tanks and panzers, and the QSD Press Center shared the following information about this attack:
“There were violent clashes in the town for a long time. Our forces organized an action against gang groups who wanted to advance in the Nestel region, and the gangs had to flee. After the clashes, warplanes and artillery units bombed the area heavily. Our forces also carried out an action against gangs trying to settle in Sikêriyê village. Again, an armored convoy belonging to gangs was hit. As a result of both actions, at least 10 gang members of the occupying state were killed, 3 panzer was destroyed, 3 AK-47 weapons were confiscated. ”
The statement also stated that the gangs stole an ambulance of health personnel who were travelling to remove civilians from the area. The fate of the ambulance employees remains unknown.
Finally, the QSD Press Center said, “In the resistance, conflict and bombings, a total of six of our friends were martyred and we lost contact with some of our friends. ”
