As the Turkish state continues its attacks on the northern and eastern Syrian regions, there is intense political activity and diplomatic traffic for northern and eastern Syria. President of the Executive Committee of the Democratic Syrian Assembly (MSD), Ilham Ehmed, made assessments of the Turkish state’s occupation attacks on northern and eastern Syria at the US Congress yesterday. QSD Commander Mazlum Ebdi, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu and Chief of General Staff Valeriy Gerasimov held a meeting via teleconference. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan discussed the agreement.
Recent developments in Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî
On October 17, many invaders were killed in the clashes between the occupying Turkish army and gangs and SDF fighters in the villages of Tirpê and Abu Xirzê between Girê Spî and Eyn İsa. Yesterday, documents and IDs seized by QSD fighters belonging to the occupying Turkish soldiers were published.
A armed UAV belonging to the occupants bombed the People’s Municipality building in Zirgan district to the east of Serêkaniyê. The attack caused major damage to the building.
When the SDF fighters responded to the attacks of the invaders in Cafa village and surrounding hamlets of Serêkaniyê, 8 invaders were killed and a panzer was hit.
The peoples of Serêkaniyê who have been forced to emigrate because of the attacks, said they do not want to emigrate to different states. The peoples called on the international community to work for the end of the occupation and to ensure that the migrants return home.
Yesterday, 11-year-old Cuma El Hisên who grazing sheep in the village of Til Temir’s Gozelê stepped on a mine laid by Turkish soldiers and gangs. Cuma was martyred in the attack, while his grandfather is seriously injured.
Invading Turkish state gangs raided Shiblî village of Til Temir district and kidnapped 7 civilians.
SDF forces responded to the invading Turkish soldiers and their gangs who wanted to move to the villages of Eynynsa and Girê Spî. One gang member was killed, four gangs members were wounded.
KOBANE
Patrol teams of Russian military police entered the city of Kobanê with 4 vehicles. The Kobanê Military Assembly was also part of the patrol.
QAMISHLO
A minibus loaded with explosives was exploded in Qamishlo city center near the security junction. Heyva Sor a Kurd reported that a civilian was injured in the explosion. The name of a bus station in Konya was written on the minibus exploding.
Helicopters and reconnaissance aircraft activity belonging to the occupying Turkish state continued on the border line of Qamishlo.
SDF forces said that despite the ceasefire agreement, the invading Turkish state continued to attack SDF points. Stating that 50 gangs were killed in the clashes with the Turkish army and gangs and a panzer was destroyed, SDF reported that a warrior carried out sacrifice action in the village of Celebê.
YPJ General Command made a statement regarding the immoral attack on the body of martyred fighters by the Turkish state gangs, in the village of Çelbê in Kobanê:
“We call on women and human rights institutions, especially women from all over the world, to demonstrate a clear attitude against the practices of the Turkish state. The women of the world should be able to show the great support to the YPJ, which they see as their own struggle, against ISIS gangs. We call on the international public and human rights institutions to take immediate action against the Turkish massacres of women. ”
Assyrians say attacks target their assets
The Assyrian Unity Party and the Assyrian Women’s Union, the Assyrian Unity Party, said that the invading Turkish army committed war crimes in the region and that the Turkish state aimed to expel Christians from the Middle East.
Selman Barado, co-chairman of the North East Autonomous Administration of Agriculture and Economy, said that the occupying Turkish state and its gangs began to plow the agricultural warehouses in Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî.

TEV-DEM Executive Board Member Aldar Xelil, expressed that the resistance of honour is forcing the hands of hegemons, hence the constant ceasefire deals being agreed to. Xelil said that “Turkey is dreaming,” should it expect us to leave our villages or cities to them. “Despite the difficult processes and impossibilities, a unique resistance has been shown in the past 15 days of the Resistance of Honor. Because the public no longer accepts to live without any rights.”
People’s actions against attacks: Ali Wazir sets fire to body in front of UN
Kurdish and German youth of Germany entered the factory of tanks sold to the Turkish state and hung YPG-YPJ flags in the building in Kassel.
In front of the UN building in Geneva, Switzerland, Ali Wazir of Rojava set his body on fire to protest the Turkish state’s invasion of North East Syria and the silence of international institutions, particularly the UN.
Al-Wazir’s older sister, Mahbuba Bashir Wazir, said that her brother Ali is a scream against the silence and asked the states to break the silence against the occupation.
