“Comrade Demhat, a martyr Serkan battalion warrior, was assassinated on the first day of the attack when he was at the beginning of his revolutionary duties on the border line.

In early 2017, he fought shoulder to shoulder with his comrades to repel ISIS’s extensive assault on the point of the International Freedom Battalion and to caused heavy losses to the gangs. He put out a sacrificial resistance.
Comrade Demhat Günebakan went to Efrin, which he wanted so much in 2018 to take over the flags from his comrades who were martyred in the war of Efrîn.
