The MLKP (Marxist-Lenninist Communist Party), an armed leftist organisation which derrives from the Turkish Communist Party, have released a statement analysing the recent situation in Rojava.
“The Rojava and North-East Syrian were subjected to a more comprehensive attack this time by the counter-revolutionairy US, Russia and Turkey. The occupation attack aimed at the autonomous structure of the revolution, the peoples democratic character, and the army . This attack developed as a counter-revolutionary alliance of the imperialist forces with the fascist colonialist Turkish state playing centrestage.
This alliance is the result of an accepted thirteen-point deal and ceasefire between the US and Turkey on October 16, in the Serekaniye and Gire Spi regions. The aim of the alliance is to legitimize the Turkish occupation and to give the Turkish state and affiliated gangs the opportunity to broaden their war crimes.
On October 22 another meeting was held in Sochi. As a fruit of this meeting, an alliance was formed between Russia and Turkey which was made to prepare the ground for the liquidation of the Rojava revolution. This is not a secret.
As is obvious, the first revolution of the twenty-first century, the Rojava and North-East Syrian revolution, would be made available for occupation by the two global powers, beinf the US and Russia, to Turkey and the Syrian state. The aim of the counter-revolution front is to dismantle the lands of revolution where our people live equally and freely, to destroy the gains of the female libertarian revolution and to liquidate our revolution through the reactionary-colonialist regional states.
In this respect, the declared ten-point decision in the Russia-Turkey meeting, and the US-Turkey meeting complement each other. When we consider both agreements, we can understand that the common aim is to make the occupation in Gire Spi and Serekaniye permanent. The imperialists, who imposed a thirty-kilometer retreat to the forces of revolution and demanded that the land of our revolution be left unconditionally, declared that it would otherwise approve the occupation of the colonialist bourgeois Turkish state.
In addition, the desire of the imperialist alliance, which wants to disarm our revolutionary army which is the defense force of our revolution, is the renunciation of the freedomist and humanitarian ideals of our revolution. It aims to push the revolution to submission with submissionist policies.
So much so that the invading Turkish state and its gangs, who wanted to impose this surrender on behalf of the imperialists and reach their colonial ambitions, attacked the representatives of self-government, freedom fighters, the people defending their lands with all kinds of heavy and chemical weapons. They carried out countless massacres. They used all kinds of dirty propaganda with psychological means of war.
Global states and their imperialist institutions, on the other hand, hide behing so-called warnings and sanctions against Turkey. It should be known that these same forces are the ones who ensure that the occupation war, deaths, mass killings and all these dirty policies are implemented in the field.
These decisions are an agreement on a comprehensive attack against the regional revolution initiated by the peoples of the Middle East in Rojava and North-East Syria. The two global states have initiated a process of war, occupation and surrender against the Kurdistan revolution and the united regional revolution of our people through the Turkish state, the most racist and fascist aggressive country in our region. The common point of the two agreements is to bring the gains of the revolution back to the lowest point and to impose the surrender to the willpower of the revolution.
However, it should be known, the Rojava and the North-East Syrian Revolution will live, grow, and continue its struggle against the counter-revolution with greater seriousness and discipline. No one doubts that greater resistance will be organized. Our revolution is already taking action against the occupying forces, causing heavy blows and showing hope to our people.
If there are those who think that we will leave the land of revolution, bring mercy to the imperialists or give in to the invaders, they are badly mistaken. No force can destroy a revolutionary frontier. Every part of Rojava and northern Syria has been irrigated with the blood of freedom fighters. This land is the ancient homeland that our people have lived on for centuries. No one can ask our people to leave their home and withdraw from their land. The only force that will go from these lands is the occupation forces.
Our resistance of honor and freedom in which we defend our revolution, derives from all kinds of actions and international participation of the oppressed peoples, democrats, revolutionaries, socialists and communists, and especially the peoples of the Middle East. Those who fill the streets of the world and wave the flag of our revolution as a sign of honor are breath to our resistance. This revolutionary stance and international solidarity must be strengthened. In this regard, ongoing actions should be increased, especially on November 2, World Rojava Day should be the day of anger and rebellion against invasion. The only way to defeat the International counter-revolutionary alliance and manic in ther Middle East, Turkey, the four parts of Kurdistan is if the peoples of the world are organized and operational posture. The door of new revolutions will be opened by international solidarity.
In addition, the democratic national unity of the four parts of Kurdistan is vital in the face of the invasion and massacre attacks of the colonial fascist Turkish state against Kurdistan lands and our people. Because the existence and gains of the Kurdish people in four parts have been targeted by this war and the decisions taken. The resistance of the Kurdish people living in four parts of Kurdistan and in different countries of the world against the occupation has already managed to prevent the expansion of the occupation and its achievement of its purpose. But the danger is great. Therefore, resistance and struggle have to continue continuously. The task of all Kurdistan forces is to achieve the national unity of the four parts of Kurdistan in the struggle and resistance and to frustrate this policy of liquidation.
Today is not the day of silence or waiting. Because the fascist colonial Turkish state and its fascist chief Erdoğan do not wait quietly, the invaders do not expect heavy weapons and warplanes, the palace’s media do not, and the bourgeois-fascist parties do not. They are attacking with all their forces in the most despicable ways to crush our revolution. Of course, our revolution does not wait. It is already expanding the war of resistance, defending the sacrificial revolution as in Serekaniye, making the invaders regret every step and repelling them in some places. This is why waiting and keeping silent is to allow the drowning of the revolution. It is the imperialists, invaders, reactionary-fascist regimes and counter-revolutionaries who want the revolution to be strangled. Inaction will do nothing but bring these counter-revolutionaries closer to their sinister purpose. The day is to act, the time is to defend the revolution.
