QSD General Commander Mazlum Ebdi noted that they did not accept the statement made between the occupying Turkish state and Russia, stating that the situation at hand “determines the fate of our people. We wil only go to a conclusion by discussing and debating with them.”
General Mazlum stated coversations needs to be had about the “occupation of the US in the region, the interviews between Russia and the Syrian regime, the agreements made between Russia and Turkey and the agreements madeabout Northern and Eastern Syria, on public security and the future, and important issues such as the status of detained ISIS gangs QSD.”
General Mazlum also added that they do not accept the text of decleration which Russia and Turkey agreed on and served to the press. Mazlum announced to the public that discussions continue on the subject.
