Şehit Çiyager and Şehit Zeryan Revenge Units undertook an action with hand-made bombs on the İzmir-Aydın highway on 12 October with a written explanation.
Revenge Units Description:
“Şehit Çiyager – Şehit Zeryan self-defense acions which we started as revenge units were carried out with hand-made bombs in the Selatin Tunnel on the İzmir-Aydın motorway on 12 October against the invasion attacks launched by the invading Turkish genocidal state against Rojava. As a result of our action, the İzmir-Aydın motorway was closed for hours.
In Rojava, the barbarian invading Turkish state is carrying out attacks against the Kurdish people in the forms of massacres. No human will resume normal lives in the metropolises of Turkey while bombs are being rained upon Kurdistan. This is the genocide war launched by the Turkish state against the Kurdish rights. While the Kurdish people are resisting the occupation with their anger and will in every position, at home and on the street, we promise that we will make retaliation everywhere and at any time as Kurdish self-defense fighters. ”
