BEHDİNAN
Komalên Jinên Ciwan Coordination Member Viyan Leyla made an assessment of the occupation attacks of the occupying Turkish state against Rojava Kurdistan and Northern Syria. Viyan Leyla pointed out that the invasion of the Turkish state could not break the will of the Kurdish people and youth.
As Komalên Jinên Ciwan we condemn the attack that was initiated. It is also meaningful that such an attack was made on the 9th of October.
On October 9, 1998, all states collaborated a conspiracy on Leader Apo, the purpose of this conspiracy was to destroy the Kurdish people. Leader Apo showed great resistance in the İmral system, and made sure that this aim was in vain.
Through Leader Apo the Kurdish people woke up, organized, stood up, expressed their reactions, and struggled. As a single punch against fascism, he achieved significant revolutionary gains in every field. In Rojava particularly, they hace given themself the status of Democratic Autonomous Government in the form of the ideas, philosophy and ideology of Leader Apo. The fascist regime could not accept this status, so there was an attack on the Rojava Revolution system on the orders of the gang leader Erdogan. This attack is the same as intended in 98. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the attack on Rojava as an asset-absence war. The Kurdish people should have an equal participation in the mobilization initiated by our organization at the forefront in the war of existence and devastation.
The fascist Turkish state should know that no power can destroy the awakened Kurdish people or the status of the Kurdish people. No power can now take a head-to-head approach. The Kurdish people are not the same as they used to be, they are organized, struggled and accepted all over the world by their struggle. The struggle has inspired all the oppressed peoples, women and young people. For this reason, the Rojava Revolution has become a concrete indicator of this universalization.”
Pointing out that the Rojava Revolution is the revolution of women and youth, Viyan Leyla stated that young women should be the pioneers in protecting the revolution. Viyan Leyla also stated that young women from Bakurê Kurdistan should take part in the Cenga Rojava Resistance, with the spirit of the Kobanê Resistance.
“The Rojava Revolution is also a women’s revolution. In particular, the resistance of YPJ has cost the whole world. It inspired women all over the world to conduct struggles. That is why participation in the Rojava Revolution took place all over the world.
At the same time, the Rojava Revolution is a youth revolution. Youth played a pioneering role in the establishment of YPG. At the same time, young people played a serious role in the establishment and implementation of the system. In other words, the Rojava Revolution is a youth, women and social revolution. Attacks are not only attacks on a part, but an attack on society, an attack on youth, an attack on women’s attainment. For this reason, as the young women’s movement, we claim to protect society, to pioneer youth and society. In a manner equivalent to this claim, we have no other way but to prevent and respond to these attacks. ”
Stating that the will of the warrior women who brought ISIS gangs to a kneel, will also destroy the AKP-MHP fascism today, Viyan Leyla concluded her speech with the following words:
“If ISIS has been destroyed by the leadership of young women in 2014, if the utopia of Erdogan who was claiming “Kobane has falled, Kobane will fall” is crushed, then today all women and particularly those from North Kurdistan must flow to the areas of resistance and revolution. They must break the boundaries and defend the gains of the revolution.
The Rojava Revolution is a revolution in which young women freely exist. We call on all socialist, International and anti-capitalist young women, especially Northern Kurdistan youth, from our alternative living space, Rojava. Rojava is an area against capitalism in which Democratic Modernity is organized. ”
