“In this context, on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Comrade Martyr Beritan (Gülnaz Karataş), a revolutionary operation was organized under the leadership of our YJA Star forces on October 25, at 14.00, at the Conference and Siser hills where the occupying Turkish army was located. The positions were attacked from 8 sides, and was put under intense fire by our forces who entered the enemy positions with a great spirit of attack.
Our forces, entering the positions and shelters where the enemy was located, destroyed 7 enemy positions and 2 shelters on the Conference Hill and destroyed 1 enemy shelter on Siser Hill. In this comprehensive revolutionary operation, our forces, which dropped enemy positions one by one, have killed at least 30 enemy soldiers and wounded many soldiers.
Following these actions, the occupying Turkish army bombed the area with howitzers, mortars and heavy weapons.
During these actions, four comrades who fought heroically against the enemy and sacrificed themselves over enemy positions reached martyrdom. The identity information of our friends who reached martyrdom will be shared with the public later. ”
SUCCESS SHOOTED IN ŞEMZÎNAN
HPG also gave information about the action in Şemzînan: “Within the scope of Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Action, our forces destroyed an armored digger vehicle belonging to the invading Turkish army which was used to build enemy outposts between Mêrgê and Museka outposts of Hakkari’s Şemzînan (Şemdinli) district. the bucket tool.
