The media turned into a single-voiced choir. Later joined the religious, the nationalist, statist, masses, in-system parties, so-called trade unions, the associations and so on. They later gathered the intellectuals and academicians who have nothing to do with society or being intellectual, and created an organisation named Civil Society Organisation. And even after they did all this, and on top gained the support of the supers of the world, they did not succeed.
It was the resistance of the North and East Syrian Peoples and heroic warriors, who made the Genocidal Turkish state unsuccessful despite the power it had mobilized. The heroic warriors who carried out this fight with great sacrifice, courage and determination won. Despite how glorifyingly prosperous he had impicted his operation to the world, Erdogan was cornered to declare a ceasefire on 17 October, 2019 at 10 pm on the same evening of his meeting with the US in Ankara.

This reality, on the other hand, clearly shows why the genocidal Turkish state had to declare a ceasefire. The facts are not what the TC lies, the opposite of what he says is true. This is the reason why he sees the call for ceasefire as a life preserver and embraces it. That is why the ceasefire signed between the United States and the Republic of Turkey on October 17 was proclaimed for the genocidal state of the Republic of Turkey to recover and turn it into an opportunity. This is confirmed after the ceasefire.. The occupation army and gangs continued their attacks. The day after the “ceasefire” was declared, the warplanes bombed Serekané and carried out another massacre. The attacks still continue in the Gire Spi and Serikané.
The ceasefire signed between the USA and the Republic of Turkey is valid for 120 hours. Within the statements made after the announcement of the ceasefire, there are many uncertainties. The continuation of these uncertanties on the night of October 22, when the ceasefire has ended and another has begun shows how dire the sitation for the Turkish state.
It must also be noted that there is no possibility of calling the recent events a ceasefire, as fire has not been ceased even temporarily. This reality should be seen and approached accordingly.
The people of Kurdistan living in all parts of Kurdistan and abroad and their political forces, parties and organizations have had a common attitude against the invasion attacks of the genocidal Turkish state. In the international arena, Kurdish friends, revolutionary, democratic forces declared that they support the resistance of the people of Rojava and Northeast Syria.
It is this reality that will defeat the invasion attacks of the genocidal Turkish state against Rojava, North and East Syria. There is no other way. Therefore, as Aldar Xelil pointed out in the statement made by TEVDEM: “The focus should be on increasing the resistance against the genocidal Turkish state in the face of invasion attacks, not on who has made what statement. The right approach is the revolutionary, democratic and patriotic attitude and nothing else.”
