On October 18, HRE made a written statement regarding the actions organized against the invading Turkish army and gangs. “Our forces continue to take revenge against the invading Turkish army and their gangs.” The following details were shared:

On October 18, an action was carried out against 2 bases belonging to the occupying Turkish army in Meryemîn, Enabkê and Malikiyê villages of Şera district. One Turkish soldier was killed and two soldiers were wounded in this action. Two military vehicles were also hit.

On the same date, effective action was carried out from two branches to the village of Basûtê in Şêrawa district and the checkpoint of the gangs in Ehlam Mountain was hit. In the action, 9 gangs belonging to the Turkish army were killed and several gangs were injured.

Following these actions, the invading Turkish army and their gangs organized artillery shots at the villages of Soxanekê, Bênê and Aqîbê, and the village of Malikiye, Şewarixa and it’s castle.”
