The Press Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced the last 24-hour balance sheet of the Cenga Rojava Resistance on its 21st day against the invasion of the invading Turkish state and its gangs.
The statement of balance sheet is as follows:
“Our forces were completely withdrawn from the points determined by the agreements reached by the authorized parties. As a result the border security forces of the Syrian government settled in these regions. However, despite the agreements reached and the withdrawal of our forces, the Turkish state and the gang groups under the direction of the Turkish government are making intensive attacks on the Syrian government forces with all their heavy weapons.
Our forces respond to the attacks on the basis of legitimate defense at many points in order to protect the border security, the villages targeted by the attacks and the Syrian government forces.
Dirbêsiyê
The invading Turkish state and its gangs continue their attacks uninterruptedly and target civilian settlements. Gang groups attacked al-Hewa village with tanks, BMP’s and heavy weapons. At least 60 mobs were killed and 20 mobs were wounded when our forces responded to the attacks.
Many Syrian border security soldiers lost their lives in the attacks of the invaders and some Syrian soldiers were taken prisoner.
Til Temir and Serêkaniyê
The invading Turkish state and its gangs attacked our points in the villages of Erisha, Salihiyê and Ebd El-Selam with tanks and artillery shots. Our forces, which responded to the attacks on the basis of legitimate defense, destroyed a vehicle loaded with doshka. A group of gangs were also killed and wounded in the area.
Girê Spî and Eyn Îsa
Our forces responded to attacks in Qizali, Gor Kîha and Evdikê villages on the basis of legitimate defense and there were violent clashes in the region. At least 15 mobs were killed and several mobs were injured in violent clashes in the region.
A total of 75 gang members and occupying Turkish soldiers were killed and at least 20 gangs were wounded on the 21st day of the Honor Resistance.
In the resistance exhibited, one of our comrades who fought heroically was martyred, and 6 of our comrades were wounded. Syrian soldiers also died in the region and a group of soldiers were taken prisoner. ”
