CENTRAL NEWS

The campaign to boycott the occupying Turkish state’s products in Kurdistan continues. Kurdsubtitle, the translation page, also announced its participation in the boycott campaign. Kurdsubtitle, who translated Turkish TV series, reported that they would not be continuing Turkish translation.

‘Kurds must unite now’

Kurdsubtitle official statement is as follows: “We cannot remain silent as a national stance against the attacks on our brothers in Rojava, Kurdistan. We Kurds must now unite and take a stand against the attacks as a national duty. For this reason, all Turkish products published on the site will be removed. In addition, there will no longer be Turkish films and translations on our site. We will no longer translate Turkish.”

Previously CTO Travel, Green Travel, and Bella Travel had responded similarly, suspending all visas for Turkey, tickets, hotels and rental trips.

In addition, electricity and water supplier company Eko Gold stated that they would no longer purchase products from Turkey. The Dela bakery chain also made it known that they have stopped selling Turkish products.
