RIHA

Images of YPJ member, Darzê Salih Temo (Çiçek Kobanê) from Raqqa, have arrisen in Riha (Northern Kurdistan).

Çiçek Kobanê was abducted and threatened with death by the invading gangs of the occupying Turkish state during the occupation attack on Rojava Kurdistan and Northern Syria, as seen on virtual media. It was learned that the warrior is being detained at the TEM Branch.

It was investigated that Cicek was brought to Riha by the occupying Turkish state upon the spread of the images and especially the reactions of women around the world. Cicek’s family, originally from Raqqa, lived in Pirsus (Northern Kurdistan) for 7 years because of the war.

Çiçek was brought to Riha as wounded, and was kept in hospital for 7 days after being operated on her foot, and then she was taken to the invading TEM Branch. Çiçek is being detained here for the past 4 days.

On the other hand, YPJ’s Makbule Sunger is also being held in the Riha Gendarmerie Station where she has been detained for the past three days. According to reports, the number of detained North and East Syrians is higher than that which has been disclosed.

The two women are expected to be referred to the Riha Courthouse after their testimony.
