The Press Center of the Democratic Syrian Forces (QSD) announced the last 24-hour balance sheet of the Cenga Rojava Resistance, which has been ongoing for 8 days with the invasion of Rojava and northern Syria by the Turkish state and its gang groups.
The statement of balance sheet is as follows:
“The invading Turkish army and its terrorist groups continue their attacks with intense bombardment. The Turkish state violates all kinds of human rights for the people of North and East Syria, but our forces respond to attacks and violations of rights at every point. Our forces are breaking and repelling the invaders’ attacks.

The invading Turkish state intensified its attacks on the border line in order to occupy the villages in the region, especially the city centre and the village of Carûdiyê, together with the gang groups attached to it. The invading Turkish state bombed the village of Xirab Reşê from the police station opposite the village of Bablê on the border line with artillery shots.

There has been an intensive attack and bombardment on all fronts of Serêkaniyê for the last four days. Reconnaissance flights continue uninterrupted. Despite enemy forces, high-tech weapons and thousands of gangs, they have not been allowed to take a single step into the city center.
The invading Turkish state carried out an intensive attack against our forces from the land concurring with the intense bombardment from yesterday morning to evening hours. Our forces have shown heroic resistance and many gangs have been killed.
During the night, the invading Turkish army and the gang groups connected to it tried to infiltrate the village of Menacir. There were violent clashes between our forces responding to the infiltration attempt and gang groups. Following the repulsion of the attacks, a large number of war and reconnaissance airplanes flew by the Turkish state in the skies of Menacir. In the clashes, gang groups were hit hard and there was no clear information about the number of dead and wounded.
The invading army carried out an intensive attack with more than 100 armored vehicles by Alya village. Warplanes bombed the area simultaneously with the attack. However, despite all the intense attacks, our forces did not take a single step back and responded strongly. At least 20 military vehicles belonging to the Turkish state were destroyed and hit in the clashes in the region. The invaders had to flee the area with their armored vehicles. Our forces have also captured an armored vehicle.
At least 60 mobs were killed and 40 mobs wounded in the clashes in the region. In addition, 18 of our comrades who fought heroically in the region were martyred and 7 were injured.

The villages of Eradê and Ibrahîmiyê were heavily bombed. Four civilians were injured in the bombing.

The occupying Turkish state tried to move on the international road by Eyn-Isa. Our forces responded to attacks at many points. The area was bombed by warplanes.
Our forces organized an action against the invaders’ convoy in the region. Many vehicles were destroyed along with the gangs inside. The number of dead and wounded in the region could not be clarified. ”
