GENEVA
15 young people have chained themselves to the UN building in Geneva in protest of the union to protest the silence against the invasion and genocides being imposed on the peoples of Rojava by the Turkish state.
While crowds continue to gather around the singing activists, it has been reported that the UN police blocked the youth and the people supporting them.
The activists read a statement to the crowds. The statement is as follows:
“A peoples revolution was created on the basis of the paradigm of Peoples’ Leader Abdullah Öcalan in Rojava. All the peoples of the world took action against the recent invasion by Erdogan and the ISIS surplus gangs, but the United Nations played 3 monkeys.” Stating that they will not accept this situation, the youth will be in uninterrupted action until the threat of occupation and genocide on Rojava is removed and they have ended all their actions by calling on everyone to contribute to these actions and to be the voice of Honor Resistance.
