TKP-MLis Middle East Committee, who made a written statement, said “KCK General Presidential Council member Diyar Xerib, and the two comrades, Devran and Sahin fell martyr as a result of the occupation operations by the fascist Turkish state. First of all, we commemorate Diyar Xerib, Devran and Şahin friends and we extend our condolences to all the people of Kurdistan and our PKK battle mates.”
The statement continued: “Within 25 years of revolutionary struggle, Helmet, who has shown all kinds of self-sacrifice, defended the lands he was born and grew up with a great effort to frustrate the invasion attempts of the Republic of Turkey. Within the scope of the invasion plans developed by Turkish fascism and its domestic collaborators in Bashur Kurdistan, the attack on Diyar Xerib was carried out specifically.
With this massacre, the Kurdish people, especially the people of Iraqi Kurdistan and the PKK were asked to give a message. However, as always, the people and revolutionaries will give the best answer to the message that the enemy wants to give by increasing the struggle.
The companions of Martyr Helmet, his comrades, the people of Bashur Kurdistan, and especially his efforts against the operations in the last period, will protect against the attacks of Turkish fascism. Our anger grows with every attack and every loss that the fascist AKP government tries to weaken us, and our will to achieve the ideals of our martyrs is increasing. ”
