HPG Press Contact Center reveals in a newly released statement that “within the scope of the Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Movement, our forces on July 3 at 00.10 in the Xakurkê region, organized an assassination action against the occupation operation troops. In this action, it was announced that 1 invading Turkish soldier was killed.”
HPG added, “within the scope of the move, our YJA Star forces organized an assassination action against the occupying soldiers in Derava Qesranê area between Hakkari and Çelê (Çukurca) district on July 2 at 18.00. One enemy soldier was killed in this action.”
HPG, which also gave information about the airstrikes, said: “Warplanes belonging to the invading Turkish army bombed the Amedah Hill of Amakhia District of Duhok and the Çemço area of Zap region from Media Defense Areas on 2 July. We did not suffer any loss in these bombings.”
