A state of emergency was declared in 5 districts located in the centre and surrounding areas of Colemêrg, where a ban is being placed for 15 days, due to “security reasons.”
The statement made by the occupying Colemêrg governor regarding the areas declared as Private Security Zone details that: in accordance with Article 32A of the Law no. 2565 on Military Restricted Zones and Security Zones; Our city centre, Yüksekova, Çukurca, Semdinli and Derecik districts are now declared Private Security Zones between 16-30 July 2019. Our citizens are prohibited from entering these regions without permission.
The prohibited areas are as follows:
Colemêrg central Akkaya-Çığlı Kırsalı Region,
Central Molla Hüseyin Tepe-Süvari Tepe region,
Özpınar Mountain and Küçükgelga Lake region of Yüksekova district,
Kırıkdağ-Buzul-Kandil-Alandüz countryside,
Central Oüul-Ceylanlı-Çimenli-Kazanlı-Kazan countryside
