MLKP FESK made a written statement, sharing that two members of their guerrilla units have been martyred by the invading Turkish army in the district of Dersim Ovacık.
MLKP Kurdistan said: “on 10 July 2019, Taylan Kutlar (Adil Yıldırım) and Hıdır Çallı (Özkan Aslan) commanders of the MLKP-FESK Dersim Guerrilla Units have been martyred together with three PKK comrades. We salute the heroic resistance and struggle of comrades Taylan Kutlar and Hıdır Çallı. We reiterate that the fascist colonialist Turkish state and it’s killer flocks will pay.
TAYLAN KUTLAR (ADİL YILDIRIM)
Comrade Taylan Kutlar spent 10 years of his revolutionary life in the prisons of the fascist regime, where he began his struggle in the outskirts of Istanbul. With his long years in prison, Comrade Taylan’s was known for his revolutionary excitement, passion, courage and revenge from the enemy. As soon as he was free, he turned his direction to three free spaces. After passing through theoretical, political, organizational and military training at the MLKP Hüseyin Demircioğlu Academy, he received specialized training in heavy weapons.
Comrade Taylan Kutlar moved to Rojava in August 2012 with a group of comrades. With enthusiasm, passion, and excitement, he participated in the Rojava revolution. He was actively involved in all frontline battles at Derik, Rimelan and Til Koçer. He bravely performed his duties as a direct fighter for the liberation of villages, towns, districts, oil and gas facilities. He effectively used his mortars and weapons. He fought bravely with his comrades in the process of the encirclement and oppression of enemy positions on the fronts. He never abandoned his positions. He didn’t let the enemy take from him. He best represented his party on the war front.
He also took part in the protection of the borderline and customs work. There was never a mistake in this study in which high amounts of money circulated and goods were traded. He acted according to the requirements of a simple and natural revolutionary life. In these tasks, he always came forward. He came to the fore with his warrior identity in the clashes at the border. He was recognized as a practical pioneer of the MLKP’s communist militant line in Rojava.
Comrade Taylan Kutlar moved to Kobanê in mid-October 2014 with Martyr Sarya without any hesitation to take part in the resistance war of the century. He took his place militantly in the war against the ISIS which attacked Kobanê with the support of the fascist colonialist Turkish state. He commanded the MLKP fighters in Kobane. He has reached a high level in the MLKP militant warrior line, militant warrior stance. In Kobanê, he successfully fulfilled this duty until his liberation.
When he fell martyr, Comrade Taylan Kutlar, the commander of the MLKP / FESK Dersim Rural Guerrilla Unit exhibited an unbearable resistance in the war ongoing in the Dersim region with high technique accompanied by psychological warfare.
In the winter of December 2018, the colonial fascist Turkish army attacked the cave, which was undertaken by the MLKP Kurdistan FESK Rural Guerrilla Unit alone. Under the command of Comrade Taylan Kutlar, comrade Hıdır Çallı and the fighters of the other FESK Rural Guerrilla Units, together with whom he was martyred, showed great resistance. In the cave, encircled by the enemy, they managed to get their heads up and cause the enemy at least two dead and many wounded.
This member of Kurdistan’s Rojava and Dersim; Turkey’s Istanbul, this comrade who came from the suburbs was a member of the communist fighters who will never forget these heroes, we will not let them be forgotten!
Hıdır Çallı (Özkan Aslan)
In the spring of 2015, he moved to the canton of Cizir. As a fighter of the Martyr Serkan Battalion, he took his place in the Martyr Rubar operations.
He played an important role in the liberation of Mebruka, Siluk, Girê Spî. He focused on widening the revolution in the Arab peoples living spaces and again took the task from the front line. Comrade Özkan was a comrade whom comrades did not hesitate to fight alongside, with confidence.
He also took part in the defense of Şengal and Êzidî people. After learning that his party had launched a guerrilla unit to Dersim, he went to his territory as a warrior.
Comrade Hıdır Çallı became the pioneer fighter of great resistance with his weapon, will and dignity in the face of the desire to be raided by the enemy in the cave they had undertaken in the winter of December 2018. They never gave up their bases, their honor, or the lines of resistance they took over from the martyrs. They caused the enemy to retreat, causing them losses.
They were martyred by fighting for the freedom of the oppressed and exploited peoples. They left an epic legacy.
Comrades Hıdır Çallı and Taylan Kutlar handed over such an honourable, resilient, militant warrior history to the oppressed peoples, revolutionaries and communists.
We extend our condolences to the families of comrades Taylan Kutlar and Hıdır Çallı. We send our condolences to the people of Rojava and Dersim.
We promise once again to our families, friends and all lovers that we will keep the flag of honour and freedom handed over to us by our martyrs at the highest level and continue the war until the dreams of socialism and communism become real. ”
