Thousands from the Cizre region visited the condolences established in Dêrik for the KCK General Assembly Council Member Helmet (Diyar Xerib) who was martyred on 5 July. Thousands gathered in the Martyr Bawer Youth Center.
Speaking after a moment of silence in memory of martyrs, Democratic Islam Congress Member Mihemed El-Qadrî expressed his condolences to all Kurdish people. Bashir idzidî, speaking on behalf of Şengal Governing Council, said that they condemned the treachery.
In addition, speeches were made on behalf of the PYD, Martyr Families Assembly, Autonomous Administration of Cizre Region and Til Hemîs and Til Birak district councils.
After the speeches, a cinevision demonstration about the life of martyr Diyar Xerîb was made.
