HPG Press Liasion Center (BİM) made a written statement that the guerrillas named Fırat Jiyan Zagros (Necdet Ayçiçek) and Serhıldan Givara (Emrullah Cihan) were martyred during the air raid in Gever district of Hakkari Province on 25 July.
HPG BİM drew attention to the following:
On July 26 at 15.30, the combat aircraft belonging to the invading Turkish army bombed the Şêx Hebib area of Bitlis. Following the bombing, the invading forces launched an operation by landing Skorsky helicopters on the field. As a result of the bombings in this operation, which withdrew in the evening, two of our friends reached martyrdom. The identities of our friends who reached martyrdom will be shared with the public later.
15 On July 25 at 15.00, warplanes bombed the Tepê Baye area of Gever (Yüksekova) district of Hakkari. Firat and Serhıldan friends reached martyrdom in this bombing.

FIRAT JİYAN ZAGROS – (NECDET AYÇİÇEK)
Comrade Fırat was born in 1990 to a matriotic family in the Suruç district of Urfa. Comrade Fırat, who witnessed the brutality and oppression of the enemy on the Kurdish people in his lands, joined the Freedom Movement in 2015 against the invasion policies of the invaders.
Comrade Fırat, who has developed himself in a style based on deepening in the philosophy of the Leadership from the first moment he joined, soon achieved professionalism in the guerrilla-style of the period. Comrade Fırat, who maintains his own values and walks in the footsteps of our heroic martyrs on this basis, has taken a place in the hearts of his comrades with his sincere stance in life. Comrade Fırat, who is in a constant struggle against the invaders, has always completed his tasks in the best way.
SERHİLDAN GİVARA – (EMRULLAH CİHAN)
Comrade Serhildan was born in 1987 in a matriotic environment in Muş. Our friend Serhildan, who grew up with the deep cultural values of his society, realized that Kurdistan is under the exploitation of the enemy and the policies of the fascist mentality applied to destroy the Kurds at an early age. He joined the guerrilla ranks in 2014 for the freedom of the Kurdish people with the resistance tradition he gained in his native land.
Comrade Serhildan, who soon became deeper in the ideological and military line of Önder Apo, developed himself and became a pioneer militant. Taking part in many fields of our movement, he has devotedly approached all the assigned tasks and has been able to take the success line with high discipline.
In his last duty, in the Zagros region, he became a symbol of heroism and courage against the occupation of the fascist Turkish state.
We send our condolences to the matriotic Kurdistan people, especially the families of our comrades, Firat and Serhildan, who have reached martyrdom. We promise that we will raise the struggle further and achieve victory for the ideals of our martyrs.”
