Characteristics of a Revolutionist
A revolutionary is the third type of person. A person who can understand that the current society needs to change, a person who can provide a harsh criticism of the mentioned society, and formulate and demonstrate a new society. With the aim of creating a new society under the guide of their own leadership, this type of person embodies the full excitement, liveliness and development of the revolution in their own person.
This type of person comes from the heart of the old society, but is a representative of the new society; the society of the oppressed, the unrepresented.
They show a reaction to all the institutions, ideologies and politics, cultures and traditions of the old society. Naturally, this person is revolutionary, a progressionist; opposing everyone who weakens progress, the third type of person strengthens it. Instead of keeping society in their traditional measures, they raise society to contemporary measures.
The role of a revolutionary, the weight they carry is heavy because they must reflect their beliefs in every action and their thought. These thoughts and beliefs have become tangible in their person, and because of this, they carry the heavy, but the noble mission of revolution, aligned with their soul, finding themselves intertwined in a wonderful personality.
The grudge and hatred they feel towards everything that is dilapidated and must be ripped out and thrown away, everything that is fed by the old society; whilst this forms a destructive personality, creativity also flourishes in their persons as they are a representation of the new.
The heaviness of the weight of the missions they carry gifts them with strong will-power, determination and decisiveness; representing the interests of the society, gives them courage and confidence. Being the leading class rewards them with the characteristics of dynamism and initiative, foresight, and flow. İn our day, the third type of person commonly puts themselves forward in the person of the proletariat.
The revolutionary person, who accepts the mission to destruct the old society and construct a new one; starts with very harsh criticism of all classes of society, from the highest classes to the lowest; and portrays the unavoidability of change.
This person isn’t content with just this, they create the formulation of the new society in their minds. İn other words, they exhibit how their thoughts will Show guidance and organise the new society. With this, the era of the thought age begins: in short, the renewal of thought, the renaissance. This renewal situation strengthens itself in arts and culture, life and behaviour; after a point, the old society escalates to a state in which it is no longer habitable.
On this foundation of the new ideology that has been laid, the revolutionist class who creates self-organisation, becoming a political force, starts to Show more informed and educated reactions towards the old society, and concentrates their power of action.
As time passes, it comes to such a point where the educated and organised action force – what we call revolution- hits the last blow to the old society, shredding the societal forms and especially at the high end of politics.
