In the Bornova district of Izmir, a factory fire broke out in a pallet warehouse. The fire that broke out in the morning swept the entire factory in a very short time. As to the cause of the fire, Turkish state officials started to investigate the reason for the fire as “undetermined” as usual.
On the other hand, the Revolutionary Youth Movement (DGH) stated in many written statements that many factory fire units were set up and burned in an action.
