The Cizre Municipal Assembly of Sirnak, chaired by the People’s Democratic Party (HDP), held its July meeting.
The meeting, chaired by the co-mayors of Mehmet Zırığ and Berivan Kutlu, discussed some zoning changes and the agenda items against the increasing drug use in the city.
REJECTION FROM AKP
Following the articles brought about some zoning changes, the members of the parliament brought up the proposal of the Anti-Drugs Commission.
The commission consisting of 5 people submitted for voting was accepted by majority vote.
AKP members drew attention with their rejection to vote on the establishment of the anti-drugs commission.
