Self- governance was declared in Bakurê Kurdistan in many places such as Sûr, Cizîra Botan, Gever, Nisêbin, Farqîn and many more. History was written under the leadership of the youth of Kurdistan. The fascist, invading Turkish state, which continued its existence through the genocide of the Kurdish people, barbarically attacked the cities and burned down everything that came before it.

Against these protesters, the heroic children of Kurdistan made their lives a shield against fire. The followers of Zilan were giving fear to the fascist enemy. One of the heroes who engraved their names to history was Dirok Amed.

READY FOR LEADERSHIP

Dirok was born in 1986 in the village of Sergelga in the Çınar district of Amed; he travels to metropolitan areas in Turkey to work and was raised by a matriotic family, growing up. He responds to the impositions of the system by reading the books of the Peoples’ Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Dirok best understands the reality of the enemy in 2006. The invading Turkish state forces him to join the military. Since he is Kurdish and matriotic, he faces constant oppression. Disciplinary punishments are given almost every week, but Dirok does not give up his determination to say that he is always Kurdish.

“THE PARTY HAS BEEN A PART OF ME”

Dirok, who was arrested by the occupying Turkish state for an event he attended in 2008, is released soon. In 2009, he was arrested once more and placed in Amed D-type prison for about a year. The prison process is a great experience for him and a period of enlightenment. When he gets out of prison, it’s time to move on. He sees where the honorable struggle against the enemy’s annihilation and destruction policies takes place and he heads for the free mountains.

With this determination, it participates in the Guerrilla in 2011, he explains his experiences; ” Come 2008, I was caught at an event and released. I was later caught again in 2009. I spent almost a year in Amed Type-D Prison. I had a serious concentration here. Whatever I did, the party was part of me. This work did not satisfy me and I decided to join.”

DIROK IN BAGOK

When Self-Governance was declared in Bakurê Kurdistan in 2015, Dirok was in Bagok. Here he hears the footsteps of revolution. In Farqîn, Cizîra Botan, Sur, Gever, and Nisêbîn resistance was initiated and the fascist Turkish army became a mess as a result of the actions of Kurdistan youth. The Fascist enemy did not know what to do, it started attacking with tanks and cannons.

Dirok who had wanted to follow the sacrificers who used their lives as weapons against the enemy, said “I am aware of the seriousness and the responsibility of carrying out a self-sacrifice action. For leadership, for the party, for the people. In a sense, it is becoming a Zilan. I was really impressed with the resistance of Dêrik, Sûr, Jizîr and Silopi. Jizir, surah and so on, after the brutality in these areas. I want to do a self-sacrifice action so it doesn’t happen again. I promise that if the party gives me this chance, I will do it successfully. I am confident and assertive about it. ”

THE DAY IS TODAY, TOMORROW IS TOO LATE

The continuation of the letter from Dîrok Amed, who is one of the many self-sacrificers that responded with such an action against the atrocities of the occupied Turkish State towards Northern Kurdistan, is as follows;

It is time to take action in such a process. The day is today, tomorrow is too late. I sincerely state that I am ready for this action. In the words of the leadership, you must live the moment instantly. I insist that this is the moment and I do not want to be delayed. I’m ready to do a sacrifice action without hesitation. I want to explode in the heart of the enemy who is intoxicated with victory; I want to be breath to the comrades in Nûsaybîn.

I declare that my action is not due to emotionality or helplessness.

The secrets of our war are peace, life, and comradeship. These are experienced with women comrades, and only through a correct approach to them, a life following the Leadership is possible. I believe that war and peace will be through women’s power and creativity. It is necessary to understand the female comrades by feeling their thoughts. We must share their emotions.

For my family; First of all, my gun should not stay down. I greet the whole family with the most sincere feelings, especially my father and mother. You all have a lot of effort on me, and I have kept all your memories. I have one last request for you. Grow and educate children with Kurdish culture. Tell each child the history of Leadership and the truth of Kurdistan. I’m sorry if I’ve been disrespectful to you. I give you my self-criticism. I love you all separately and send my sincere love and greetings. My place is the martyrdom of Bagok. Don’t take my body from there and don’t cry. It must be like a wedding.

And the moment has come for Dirok to release his built feelings of revenge. His heart is filled with joy like never before. The time is now set for the self-sacrificers. There is no beyond. Dirok falls from Bagok to the Midyat district of Mêrdîn like a volcano. Date 8 June 2016 at 11:00. Summer temperature leaves a slight sweat on Dirok’s face. Step by step towards zoning. A dove will fly from its nest, a hope will be raised soon, and a volcano will fall in the middle of the enemy among the sounds of revenge.
