Vladimir Putin, the Russian president has given assent to a newly passed bill that allows women to kill rapists in self-defense. Vladimir has announced war against rapists and pedophiles, stating that criminals are doing acts, which is a disgrace for Russian justice.
The law comes at a time when rape is being made common practice as a measure to cut down what an injustice against Human life, the law is to be enacted across the whole of Russia, as an attempt to reduce rates of rape and sexual assault.
This law lifts all offenses attached to self-defense meaning that so long as it is in self-defense, no woman will be responsible for reacting to the sexual assault imposed on them.
