PAJK Coordination made a written statement about the commemoration of Zeynep Kınacı (Zilan) who carried out a sacrifice action in Dersim in 1996. PAJK said, “In the 24th anniversary of Comrade Zeynep Kınacı, Zilan, who is our manifesto of women’s party and sacrifice line, we commemorate free women, free country and free leadership on the basis of our convention.
PAJK said:
“Despite all the deflection, demagogy and attacks of the enemy, the male-dominated system; the line of leadership has created the reality of Zilanizing women.
Comrade Zilan made history as the owner of the great decision and great action against the assassination attempt of May 6, 96 and again the military destruction operations of the enemy against the guerrilla.
Our leadership’s response to Comrade Zilan’s call was to symbolize PAJK’s line of formation as its principles and to proclaim the ideology of female liberation. Comrade Zilan, symbolizing the destruction of the sexist culture and the colonialist system and the birth of free women’s will, Zilan became the name of new life in Kurdistan.
Zilanization is the claim and decision of ideological explosion in the brain of the male-dominated system, colonialism; she symbolizes self-defence and the creation of the system of female libertarian society by organizing.
Therefore, we cannot view Zilan reality only as a successful military sacrifice. Zilan is principle. Not giving up our principle is not giving up the line of martyrs. The necessity of this is to achieve the revolution. Commitment to these martyrs will be our promise and practice.
Regardless of our struggle for freedom under extreme conditions, our martyrs, who do not recognize borders, obstacles and pave the way for success even under the most impossible conditions, are the leaders and clarity of the party line. The reality of martyrs is the practicalization of ideological-military-political integrity.
Comrade Zilan, who intervened with her actions by seeing the dangers in time, pioneered not only a period but also history.
Today, the fascist AKP power, which has accelerated the denial, destruction and massacre of the Kurds, and the cooperation and betrayal that Barzani, which he has based and used very openly, have reached the most dangerous dimensions. This is an insistence on conspiratorial politics.
So much so that the Barzanism policy condemns all the gains of freedom of the Kurdish people to the enemy and protects the power of the Ottoman Empire by pressing the funerals to confirm the ‘best Kurd is a dead Kurd ’policy of the enemy and is doomed to be destroyed.
Eliminating all attacks of the enemy and the conspirator, betrayal line will be practising Zilan’s call. Fighting betrayal on the line of Zilan, which annihilates the enemy, is the language and action of the period. Our oath against the enemy and treason is the oath of Zilan.
We urge all our people, especially women and young people, to meet the period with uprisings in the spirit of national unity. “
