Martyr Rezan Revenge Unit of Edene carried out an action against the occupying Turkish police to commemorate martyr Renas Botan (Mehmet Zakir Temel) who was martyred in the attacks of the invading Turkish army against the Zap region.
Members of the Revenge Unit shot the invaders with fireworks and sound grenades when Turkish invading police searched the matriotic people sitting on the streets in Ova. Invading Turkish policemen, who were shot with sound bombs and fireworks, fled in panic. The Special Operations Police Chief was wounded in the action said.
After the action, the occupying Turkish policemen reportedly blockaded the Sakirpasa district.
