The bodies of the martyrs who were killed in Cizîrê basements during the self-government resistance declared in Cizîre district of Şırnex on 14 December 2015 are still waiting in the cemeteries of the orphans.

On 16 February 2016, the funeral of YPS member Faraşin Sidar (Hazal Aslan) who was martyred during the attacks was delivered to her family after 40 months of DNA matching.

The family took the funeral from Riha Solitary Cemetery to Wan. The funeral of the martyr was buried in the Yeni Mahalle cemetery in the Ipekyolu district of Wan. The people who wanted to attend the funeral were blocked by the invading Turkish police. Only the family was allowed into the cemetery.

After the religious duties, the funeral was buried. Then the mass disintegrated.
