The invasion of Bradost, including Xakurkê, which is located in between the borders of the Federal Kurdistan region and the occupying Turkish state, continues the invasion with the help of the KDP Peshmerga. While the bombings continued with F-16 warplanes connected to the Turkish state in the region, civilians were injured, hundreds of acres of cultivated land, vineyards and gardens were damaged and many animals were said to perish.
PDK’s provincial and district administrators attempted to persuade the public. Among them, Eli Ewnî, responsible for the 10th Area Units of the PDK’s Soran Region, Director of Public Order of Sidêkan, and Sex Husen, the responsible for the Turkish state or Developing Relations. It was stated that a public meeting was held in the building of the PDK’s Sidêkan Town Organization.
Citizens attending the meeting and reacted to PDK executives, stating that they are now trying to clear themselves from the reactions of the people of the region, who stated that the government wants to do ‘Brakuji’ (sibling murderers).
At the meeting, the people disclosed that the purpose of the peshmerga to be sent to the region only for the further progress of the Turkish soldiers settled in the Xakurkê region. Eli Ewni said that the person named Shex Husen, who was the chairman of the meeting acted as if he is a spokesman of the Turkish state or army.
The peoples came to a mutual agreement that the aim of the government officials is to feed Turkish propaganda to the Kurdish peoples, in order to repress them.
