Efrîn Liberation Forces (HRE), released a statement about a series of actions taken in Efrîn and Ezaz yesterday (8 June). The statement announced that an invading Turkish soldier and a gang were killed and a military vehicle was hit. The written explanation is as follows:
“A number of effective actions have been organized in the Efrîn and Ezaz regions by our forces against the occupying Turkish army and the terrorist groups under its command.
On 8 June, Mehmet Camus, the alleged Military Police officer, on the road route of Efrîn and Mabata district, was killed in an action organized by our sniper teams.
On June 8, a foothold of the invading Turkish soldiers and the gang group named Lîwa 55 were hit with heavy weapons in the village of Kilcibrîn in the Ezaz region. As a result of the action, 1 Turkish soldier was killed and 3 members of Liwa 55 group were injured.
On 8 June, sabotage was organized by our forces against the terrorist group Muntasır Billah in Sena’î district of Efrîn city center. As a result of the action, while one military vehicle was hit, the number of dead or wounded could not be determined. ”
