On June 11, HPG BİM made a written statement regarding the actions taken against the occupying Turkish soldiers in Xakurkê and Colemêrg. According to the description of HPG:
Our forces against the ongoing occupation operation in Xakurkê organized an action at Martyr Derweş Hill on June 11th at 15.30 within the scope of the Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Assault.
In this action, where the enemy unit located on the hill was effectively shot, one position was destroyed and 3 enemy soldiers were killed. After the action, the invading Turkish army removed the dead and wounded soldiers from the area by helicopter.
Within the scope of the move, our forces organized action against Tepê Ortê police station in Çelê (Çukurca) district of Hakkari at 04.00 on the same day. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined in this action where the positions and shelters in the Karakol Campus were effectively shot.
After the action, the occupying forces bombed the Dola Qominista area around 09.30. We did not experience any loss in these bombings.
On 9 June, the invading Turkish army launched an operation in the Tavneş and Hıngırva areas of Dersim. This operation, which carried out field search and screening activities, was withdrawn from the area on the same day.
Warplanes belonging to the invading Turkish army bombed the Xınêre area of the Xakurkê region from the Media Defense Areas on June 12 at 20.00 and on June 13 (today) at 07.00. We did not experience any loss in these bombings.
