HPG Press Liasion Center released a statement regarding the Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Assault in regards to the invading forces of the Turkish army.
HPG organized an action against soldiers at the Şikêr strait, which tried to secure the security of Bezelê police station in Şemzînan (Şemdinli) district of Hakkari Province on 09 June at 09.30. The number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined in this action where enemy positions and shelters were effectively shot.
On the same day, our YJA Star forces organized a series of assassination actions against the invading Turkish soldiers in the Deriyê Pen area in the Govendê district of Şemzînan. Two enemy soldiers were killed in this action.
On June 13 at 20.00, the invading Turkish Army’s combat aircraft bombed from the Media Defense Areas of the Xakurkê region till the Dola Çıl û Tsar area. HPG disclosed that during these bombings, they did not suffer any losses.
