HPG-BİM announced in a statement dated April 28, 2019, that 4 guerrillas were martyred as a result of the air raid on the Xakurkê region from Media Defense Areas on April 10. In the new statement, Zil Zilan Ciwanro (Martyr Mehmetveli), who we declared as a martyr, has not fallen and continues her duty.
Zilan Hevi (Semira Delayimilan) friend was martyred in this attack. ” HPG-BİM added, We apologize for the Delayimilan family and especially our matriotic people for this mistake caused by the war conditions.

The statement also included: “Our friend Zilan Hevi, was born in Xoy, Rojhilat of Kurdistan. Seeing the policy of denial and extermination against the Kurdish people at a young age, our comrade Zilan did not accept this and joined the ranks of freedom.
Comrade Zilan, who took her place in the guerrilla ranks, embraced her duties with great faith and determination. Comrade Zilan, who is integrated with the Kurdistan Mountains with her training, has succeeded to become a professional guerrilla. Comrade Zilan, who is based on the life philosophy of the leadership, has made herself an effective militant in the dimensions of free women and revolutionary life.
Until the last moments she reached the martyrdom, she fought for the freedom of the Kurdish people and showed great efforts.
