HPG BİM announced that the guerrillas Brusk and Mizgin, who were seriously injured in the action against the occupying Turkish army on Martyr Derwêş Hill on June 1, have reached martyrdom.
2 Guerrillas have fallen
In our statement on June 2, our forces stated on June 1 that, in Şehit Derwêş Hill, our forces organized an action against the occupying Turkish army and that 9 enemy soldiers were killed and a large number of soldiers were wounded. Brusk and Mızgin friends who fought fatally against the invaders in this action were severely injured. Our friends could not be saved despite all the interventions and they reached martyrdom on 2 June.
The identity information of our comrades, who have written their names in this epic resistance, which the enemy could not overpower, despite all its techniqual advantages in Xakurkê, will be shared with the public.
